OLIVE & OLIVE OIL TASTINGS
The Robertson area has an abundance of high quality olive oil and olive producing farms. Take a look at the list below and enjoy a flavoursome countryside outing.
Riverbend Farm in Eilandia is a boutique family owned and run olive farm on the banks of the Breede river. Riverbend produces award-winning extra virgin olive oil and superb table olives. Visit their tasting room by appointment, or free if you stay at their farm accommodation.
Willow Creek Olive Estate is nestled in the Nuy Valley, located just outside of Worcester. The tasting room is nestled amongst the olive trees and is full of country-style charm. Visitors can experience a tasting of our complete product range which includes extra virgin olive oils, flavoured olive oils, balsamic vinegars, table olives and olive pastes.
Enjoy an unforgettable picnic on the beautiful farm of the Willow Creek Olive Estate. We provide a delicious food basket and you are welcome to bring along your own drinks (alcoholic or not) with no corkage fee!

Owl's Rest in the beautiful Klaasvoogds Valley. Here you can take a short tour to learn a little about olive farming as well as how Lavender, Rosemary and Rose Geranium are steam distilled to extract pure essential oils and hydrosol products. You can also simply relax in the tranquil garden among the olive trees and enjoy the freshly ground coffee, teas and cordials which are on offer. Finally, there are plenty of wonderful products to taste and experience at their shop.

Olyfberg Olive Products is situated on the banks of the Breede River on the outskirts of Robertson where hectares of olive groves sweep the countryside. Visit their Eilandia Farm for a great tasting experience.
